QFT3-20型全自动混凝土成型机以我司在QFT3-20型半自动混凝土砌块成型机的基础上，重新设计改良的一种全自动混凝土砌块成型机，该机采用的电控箱配套及液压站与QFT4-26型通用。
双层自动布料可使生产的产品多样化，该机型可根据用户的不同要求生产不同规格的环保砖、标准砖、连锁砌块、彩色路面砖、植草砖、隔热砖、空心砌块、护坡砖、轻质陶粒砖、各种公路铁路水泥制品、市政工程园林景观配套制品、建筑废渣利用制品等。
此机型相比半自动砌块成型机效率更高，适用于中型建材企业的生产设备。
QFT3-20 Fully Automatic Brick Forming Machine
QFT3-20 fully automatic machine is developed based on QFT3-20 semi-automatic brick forming machine, the automatic version for QFT3-20. The electric control box is the same as QFT4-26 machine’s. QFT3-20 automatic one can lay materials twice automatically. As long as moulds are changed, it’s available to make color paving brick, hollow brick, multi-hole brick, heat-proof brick, slope protection brick, grass-planting brick, products related to road and railway, concrete items related to city projects and products made of construction slags.etc. It's higher in efficiency than the semi-automatic one, suitable to medium scale factory.
